Alicia Witt is a pianist and singer who has been on the screen since childhood. While working mostly as an pianist, she dropped her own EP in which she showcased her obvious debt to the likes of Elton John and Billy Joel with a powerful, warm voice to match it. Revisionary History (produced by Ben Folds) was her debut studio album in 2015. The album was followed by other releases including 2021's The Conduit, which marked her debut as co-producer. Alicia Witt's first screen appearance was in 1984 when she played Alia Atreides in David Lynch's Dune adaptation. It's not surprising that, at just ten the actress was labeled as acting as an actress, despite the fact she'd had been a pianist for nearly since she was a teenager. Though she appeared more on screen than she was on stage, her professional career as a musician didn't begin until 1995.
